A pipe should be added between the pump inlet and the elbow. The length of the straight pipe must not be less than 3 to 4 times the diameter of the water pipe.
Fourth, the multistage pump outlet pipe is above the normal water level of the outlet pool
The elbow and short pipe should be installed at the nozzle to make the water pipe become siphon type and lower the height of the water outlet.
V. The orientation of the water inlet of the water inlet pipe is incorrect
①The distance between the water inlet of the water inlet pipe and the bottom of the water pool and the wall is smaller than the diameter of the water inlet. If there is dirt and other dirt at the bottom of the pool, the distance between the water inlet and the bottom of the pool is less than 1.5 times the diameter, which will cause poor water intake or suction of debris and block the water inlet during pumping. Method: Increase the distance between the pump inlet and the bottom of the pool.
② When the water inlet depth of the water inlet pipe is not good, this will cause a vortex on the water surface around the water inlet pipe, which will affect the water inlet and reduce the water output. The correct method of equipment is: the depth of the small and medium-sized pumps should not be less than 300 ~ 600mm, and the large pumps should not be less than 600 ~ 1000mm.
6. When setting the bottom valve, the bottom section of the inlet pipe is not vertical
The correct equipment method is: the inlet pipe equipped with a bottom valve, the best in the next section is vertical. If the equipment cannot be vertical due to terrain constraints, the angle between the water pipe axis and the horizontal plane should be above 60 °.
