1、 Installation steps and precautions
 
The quality of pump installation has an important impact on the operation and service life of the pump, so the installation must be carried out carefully.
 
1. Foundation, pipeline and pump room
 
It is suggested that users employ professional designers and professional installation units to design foundation, pipeline and install water pump.
 
1.1 the foundation must be firm and able to absorb the vibration of the pump and support the unit permanently. The foundation must be sufficient to support twice the unit weight (including the motor). Generally, reinforced concrete is used as the foundation. Anchor bolt holes shall be reserved in advance on the foundation. When installing the water pump, the anchor bolts shall be placed before the secondary grouting.
 
One point two Do not use the pump as the pipeline support, and all pipelines shall be supported independently; the outlet pipeline is generally one specification larger than the pump outlet; the installation height of the suction pipe shall meet the calculation value, and the elbows shall be reduced as much as possible to avoid excessive loss, and ensure that when the pump is working, it does not exceed the necessary steam erosion allowance; the gate valve and check valve shall be installed between the drainage pipe and the pump, and the inner diameter of the gate valve shall not be less than the inner diameter of the pipe 。
 
1.3 the pump shall be installed in a proper position and close to the pumping source as much as possible to ensure proper space for operation, disassembly and inspection of the pump; the pump room shall have sufficient lifting equipment and space.

2. Preparations before installation
 
2.1 check whether the equipment installed on site is damaged or omitted.
 
2.2 remove the grease and dirt on the foundation, and check the size of the reserved holes of the foundation anchor bolts and the levelness and flatness of the foundation.
 
2.3 prepare installation tools and lifting equipment.
 
3. Technical requirements for installation
 
3.1 check the concentricity of outer circle of motor and water pump coupling and check the concentricity of motor and pump shaft.
 
3.2 there is a clearance specified in the installation drawing between the pump and the motor coupling.
 
3.3 after the pump is connected, it shall be corrected again according to the above requirements.
 
3.4 the water delivery pipe has its own support to avoid all the weight on the pump.
 
4. Installation and calibration
 
4.1 lift the pump base, suspend the foundation bolts through the base, and fix them with nuts and washers to ensure that the foundation bolts are freely suspended in the reserved holes. In the middle of the base and the foundation, use a pair of wedge pads for correction. Lift the pump and drop it on the pump base, and fix the pump on the pump base with bolts.
 
4.2 place the level gauge on the pump shaft, correct the pump shaft level (less than 0.05m M / M) by adjusting the wedge pad, install the center line of the pump shaft at the correct elevation, and properly tighten the foundation bolts to prevent walking.

 4.3 pour the anchor bolt holes with concrete.
 
4.4 after the concrete is dry and fixed, check whether the pump, motor and anchor bolt are loose. When it is appropriate, tighten the anchor bolt nut, and recheck the levelness and concentricity.
 
4.5 check the concentricity once again after connecting the pipeline and confirming that the water pump rotates backward. The last pin of the coupling.
 
4.8 after 4-5 hours of unit test run, make final inspection. If there is no bad phenomenon, it is considered that the installation is qualified.

1. During installation, all holes shall be covered to prevent sundries from falling into the pump.
 
2. Confirm that the rotation direction of water pump and incorrect rotation of equipment will cause equipment damage and personal injury.
 
3. The inlet and outlet flange of the water pump shall not bear the external force of the pipeline.
