1. Introduction to the structure of stainless steel self-balancing multistage centrifugal pump

1). The main parts of the water pump: inlet section, middle section, outlet section, secondary inlet section, positive guide vane, reverse guide vane, positive impeller, reverse impeller, shaft, throttle sleeve, decompression device, baffle, bearing Body, transition tube, etc .
2). The rotor is composed of positive impeller, throttling decompression device, reverse impeller, shaft sleeve, bearing retaining sleeve and other parts mounted on the shaft; the bearing adopts "solid-travel" thin oil lubrication structure, and the driving end uses cylindrical rollers bearings, with angular contact ball bearings at the ends.
3) . The working room of the pump is composed of the inlet section, middle section, outlet section, secondary inlet section, forward guide vane, reverse guide vane, transition pipe, etc .
4) . The sealing surfaces between the inlet section, middle section, outlet section and secondary inlet section of the pump are all sealed with "O" rings. Sealing rings and guide vane sleeves are installed between the rotor part and the fixed part for sealing. If the degree of wear of the seal ring and the guide vane sleeve has affected the working performance of the pump, it should be replaced in time.
5) . This series of pumps are directly driven by the prime mover through an elastic pin coupling.
6) . This series of pump seals have mechanical seals and packing seals, two sealing methods for users to choose.
2. Difficulties in the dis-assembly of stainless steel multistage centrifugal pumps
In order to ensure the concentricity of stainless steel multistage centrifugal pumps, the main shaft and rotor parts have strict tolerances. During the maintenance of the water pump, the dis-assembly of the rotor parts, especially the stainless steel rotor parts, is difficult. This problem has been taken into consideration, and the main shaft has been subjected to an anti-seize process.

If there are still difficulties in disassembling accessories during the maintenance process, you can deal with them in the following ways:
1)   . After cleaning the dirt on the surface of the accessories, spray the loosening agent and then tap lightly. If it is loose, pry it with a pry bar.

2)   . If the above method cannot be disassembled, the surface of the accessories can be heated, and the spindle and other parts can be insulated, and the components can be removed after the accessories expand.

3). It is recommended to consider dismantling with special hydraulic tools when heating has no obvious effect.

3. The dis-assembly process analysis

Before disassembling, first check the pump to see if the rotation of the pump rotor is flexible. If it can be rotated, it means that there is no bite between the rotor and the housing. There is no large mechanical friction in the bearing; There are some parts of the pump that are stuck to the casing. The dis-assembly process is very difficult. If there are no special tools and equipment on site, try to contact the factory personnel to negotiate on-site dis-assembly or return to the factory for repair.

The steps for self-dis-assembly are as follows:
1)   . Disassemble the external link accessories of the pump: remove the accessories such as the balance water pipe, transition pipe, temperature shock sensor, pressure gauge, valve, etc.

2)   . Remove the bearing body assembly: unscrew the bolt on the discharge side bearing gland and the coupling nut between the three parts of the discharge section, stuffing box body, and bearing body to remove the bearing assembly, and a set of bearings on the drive end and non-drive end components.

3). Remove the shaft seal assembly: unscrew the round nut on the shaft, remove the bearing inner ring, bearing gland and baffle in turn, then remove the shaft seal assembly (filled shaft seal includes: packing gland, packing ring, shaft sleeve and packing, mechanical seal type shaft seal includes: mechanical seal gland, mechanical seal, shaft sleeve, etc.), if the shaft sleeve is not convenient to take out, it can be disassembled when the pump studio is disassembled. The drive end and non-drive end A set of bearing components.
4). Remove the draw rod assembly of the pump working part: the draw rod plays the role of tightening the pump working part assembly. After unscrewing the rod nut, the draw rod is sequentially pulled out, and the dis-assembly of the pump working part can be started below.

5). Dis-assembly of the pump working room: the working room of the pump refers to the part that actually performs work on the pump, including the water inlet section, the water outlet section, the middle section, the impeller, the guide vane, the impeller baffle sleeve, the key and other components. The guide vane is equipped with a guide vane sleeve. The pump shaft of the current stainless steel multistage centrifugal pump is mostly a through shaft with a uniform outer diameter. There is no special requirement for the dis-assembly order of the pump studio. It can be disassembled from the drive end or non- drive end begins to be disassembled. If it starts from the driving end: inlet section, impeller, guide vane, middle section; then to the next stage impeller, guide vane, middle section, disassemble in order, and finally complete the dis-assembly of the working part of the pump. It is worth noting here that it is recommended that the dismantled impeller, guide vane, and middle section be numbered no matter from which end to disassemble, in order to facilitate the rotor balancing process in the later maintenance process.

6). Cleaning and classification: Carefully clean the parts of the disassembled components to remove dirt and rust on the surface. Parts with strains need to be cleaned to remove burrs; various types of parts are sorted and stored in order of number.
