4. The outlet of multistage pump is above the normal water level of outlet pool
Elbows and short pipes shall be installed at the pipe mouth to make the water pipe siphon and lower the height of the water outlet.
5. The water inlet position of the water inlet pipe is wrong
① The distance between the water inlet of the water inlet pipe and the bottom and wall of the water inlet pool is less than the diameter of the water inlet. If there is sediment and other dirt at the bottom of the pool, and the distance between the water inlet and the bottom of the pool is less than 1.5 times of the diameter, the water inlet will be blocked or sediment and other debris will be absorbed during pumping. Methods: to increase the distance between the water inlet and the bottom of the pool.
② When the water inlet depth of the water inlet pipe is not good, it will cause vortex around the water inlet pipe, affect the water inlet and reduce the water output. The correct equipment method is: the water inflow depth of small and medium-sized pumps shall not be less than 300-600mm, and that of large pumps shall not be less than 600-1000mm.
6. When the bottom valve is set, the bottom section of the water inlet pipe is not vertical
The correct equipment method is: the inlet pipe with bottom valve is the best vertical section. If the equipment cannot be vertical due to the terrain conditions, the angle between the water pipe axis and the horizontal plane shall be more than 60 °.
