Impeller disassembling of axially split case pump

The Impeller disassembling of axially split case pump are as follows:
1. First, remove the coupling nut, pin and other parts, and remove all the components connecting the pump and the motor.
2. Remove the bolts and nuts on the packing gland, dismantle them diagonally, and then pull out the packing gland.
3. Remove the bolts and nuts on the pump cover diagonally.
4. Remove the bolts and nuts on the bearing body.
5. Use jack screw bolts to screw the pump cover loose.
6. Use the manual hoist to open the pump cover and place it in the open space.
7. Adjust the whole rotor part and place it in the open space,
8. Then dismantle the bearing body, round nut, bearing and shaft sleeve at the non drive end, and then dismantle them one after another. Place the removed parts in an open space.
9. Remove the two sealing rings on the impeller,
10. Remove the impeller again. Before removing the impeller, shake the impeller on the shaft (or push it).
11. Finally, remove all the keys on the shaft.
